Conditions for Return: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. Notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, and we will promptly address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges: For the fastest resolution, we recommend returning the item and placing a separate order for the desired item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period: Customers shipping merchandise into the European Union have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days, without justification, provided the item meets the specified conditions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days.
